Richard Katz is a founding member of Post Carbon San Francisco, who came into peak oil from the public relations sphere. A native of New York City, Richard has a fine arts background and used it effectively with three pieces he contributed to the art show: "Scalability," "Population Bomb," and "Flame Out."
