Allyse Heartwell is a participating member of San Francisco Oil Awareness. She is a native of Hawaii who moved to the San Francisco in 2005 to further her educational pursuits. She was instrumental in the Supervisors' Subcommittee of SFOA, which was responsible for the resolution passed in April by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors acknowledging peak oil.

Allyse contributed a water color for the show, entitled "Glass: Selections From Muni Sketchbook."
