Paul is a native of Schenectady, New York, who lives in San Francisco. He submitted some of his work for consideration for the SFOA Art Show after reading about it on Craig's list, and when he first wrote us, he noted, "This is so amazing: this [peak oil] is exactly what my recent work has been about."
